This site is run by Simon & Ewelina Team, Colorado Realtors with Your Castle Realty, and DZI Properties LLC ("we"). This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you fill out a form, call or text us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone, email, property address and your message. Like most sites, we also collect basic visit data (pages viewed, device and browser) through cookies and analytics, including Google Ads conversion tracking.

How we use it

To answer your request, send you the homes or numbers you asked for, follow up about your real estate questions and, if you agree, send occasional market updates. We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run our business (our CRM, email and texting providers, analytics) and, when you ask us to, the lenders, servicers, title companies or other agents involved in your transaction. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from DZI Properties LLC (Simon Dzienis & Ewelina Kurka, Your Castle Realty) about your request and your real estate questions, plus occasional market updates and homes for sale. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop emails and texts, at any time: call or text 720-936-7873 or email [email protected].

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or transmission is 100% secure. Please don't send Social Security or bank account numbers through our forms.
