About Simon & Ewelina

We're Colorado Realtors with Your Castle Realty, based in Littleton and working across Denver metro and the Front Range.

Simon has been with Your Castle since 2008 and has bought, fixed and sold homes as an investor for about 20 years. Ewelina works with buyers every day and runs our marketing. We both speak English and Polish.

We started Low Rate Homes Colorado because so many buyers can't afford today's payment, while thousands of Colorado homeowners are sitting on 2–3% FHA and VA loans that can be passed to the next buyer. Few agents know how to make an assumption work. We do the extra work: finding the loans, writing the offer and keeping the servicer moving.
